Phone Interview: What Really Happened

THE OTHER DAY, I had a phone interview for my absolute dream job. One I've wanted for years. I actually think I would be really good at the job, but you sure wouldn't have known that from the interview. Why are job interviews so hard? This is the only explanation I can come up with.
